Hi, I’m Xanthe, an accredited ADHD Coach (ADDCA) and I’m here to support you in understanding ADHD in a way that feels empowering and compassionate.

Whether you're a child, teen, or adult, I know how important it is to find someone who offers a warm, non-judgmental space where you can just be yourself. I’m here to listen, support, and help you discover the best ways to thrive with ADHD or being neurodivergent.

I’ve been working with individuals, families, and young people in a variety of settings since 2000. I also hold qualifications in Social Work (Diploma in Social Work, 2001) and Systemic Practice (Diploma in Applied Systemic Theory, 2007, and Diploma in Systemic Supervision in Multiple Contexts, 2019).

​

As someone who was diagnosed later in life with both ADHD and Autism, I understand the journey. That personal experience, combined with my training, has shaped my approach to coaching. I’ve also recently completed the Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families Course (ADDCA, 2024), so I can offer even more tailored support for families and teens navigating ADHD in their lives.
